The last stop before heading to Antarctica

After a grueling 12+ hour flight from Chicago, we have landed in Buenos Aires, Argentina.  For you first graders (and people who simply aren't into geography), here is a map (Hint - it's colored blue):

Since we had most of the day, we walked around the city.  Unfortunately, we brought clothes for much colder weather, it was ninety degrees! Lucky for us we found quite a few cafe's serving gelato.

  1. I'm sure 90º is quite a difference from when you get to Antartica! I can't wait to show the blog to the 1st graders today! Have a great day!

Hi everyone, we would love your feedback and comments on our trip (and this blog). Please keep in mind that young eyes will be looking at this as well, so keep the comments to a PG rating.

Because we are in Antarctica, it may take some time for us to respond back to comments, but we will respond! Love to you all, THE CHAMS
